I really love this! For something that's easily pegged as your typical New Adult book, this definitely goes beyond the cliches of boy meets girl in college. Clearly, there is power in subtlety because amid the smart and sarcastic banter, Love Show talks about real life situations such as having absent parents, gay relationships, and most importantly, being a war journalist (minus all the angst-ridden scenes).
