War Storm by Victoria Aveyard
3.0
What kind of ending is that.
This book is better than the second and third book (*shudder*) but for a book titled "War Storm" it has a really apparent lack of storm...and leads to unsatisfying conclusion. I feel like this has a different ending previously, but that ending was scrapped and hastily made up into the current one.
Still, I like that Cal and Maven were given their own point of view here. I like Maven's especially, and my heart got broken every time. What can I do, I'm a sucker for character redemption.
I still stand with my review on the previous books that I would much prefer these books to be set in entirely different universe instead. That will make everything better, in my opinion.
Well, that's why we have a glorious thing called fanfiction, isn't it?
