This was without a doubt the most interesting book I read, not because of what happened in the book, but more the chaos that happened around the book for me 😂 First, my pre-order that never arrived, then finding a one time deal to get the paperback for a good price. After which Yuki vomited all over it when I only had 30ish pages to read. Not being able to find the book again and prepared to pay an arm and a leg to just be able to finish it and last, but not least, finding the book at a Comic Con this weekend! Which made it so I could finally finish the book tonight!

This book is about a cursed movie, but I think the book itself is also cursed 😭😂 Anyway, the book was a very quick and VERY enjoyable read! I think it was also very unique in itself, with the end being a total mind fuck and not what I expected AT ALL!

I loved how the book was split in 3 sections. One section was the screenplay, one section was in the past between filming, and then there is the now, where they are remaking the Horror Movie.

There are some heavy topics in the book, with bullying and violence and such in them, which are hard topics for me, but it totally set the scene and made me make a bigger connection with the Thin Kid (which I am not sure is a good thing all the way through 😂)

All in all, I enjoyed it and am so happy I got to finish it!
