Both breathtaking and heartbreaking. "I can survive it. I would rather survive it than never feel it". This book has me in tears multiple times over multiple characters for multiple reasons, I both happy cried and sad cried and I'm not sure I will ever recover from the love story that Evelyn tells.
It's exploration of mature themes such as sexuality, gender, sex, marriage, abuse, suicide and even euthanasia were done with such a gentle hand and with such respect this is already a book I am excited to lend to everyone who will listen.
