First in the Maiden Lane series. She’s a prissy do-gooder running an orphanage, he’s a bad bad boy who hates being touched. It’s a bit repetitive… so many references to her shame (because *gasp* she enjoys sex) and his deviance (because he likes rope play).
Overall, a fun little murder mystery with a lot of 18th century bedroom scenes.
Will read the others in the series.
