While this story is an incredibly hard one to read, I highly recommend it! It's a very personal account of someone who survived in the Warsaw ghetto during WWII, and the trauma and terror he endured was absolutely heartbreaking. I studied this topic a lot in university but hadn't seen much focus on Warsaw, so it was interesting to see the different dynamics at play there. Such an important memoir to keep us from losing sight of the atrocities that were committed.
