This book was absolutely perfection!! I loved the setting and the characters introduced in this book and possible series going forth. The descriptive words used to describe this ranch in Fiasco, Kentucky made me want to move to the state! Possibly find a Foxx Brother of my own!! The story introduces use to the Bourbon Boys or also called the Foxx Brothers. They have a family owned bourbon whiskey business that has been passed down for generations. This story focuses on Grant Foxx and Lainey. Grant is just perfection- he’s grumpy cowboy with a bit of mystery. Lainey is pure sunshine and all sass. She is a spitfire. She is from New York and has been placed at the ranch due to Witness protection program. I loved the mystery and suspense aspect of this story but I loved even more the tension between Lainey and Grant. The nicknames they have for one another Cowboy and Honey. It’s just all so good. Also be prepared to want breakfast for dinner and a cup of bourbon while reading this!
