Quote:

“Never tell to much. The monster is always scarier when it is still under the child's bed.”

Setting:

This is a collection of short stories by a variety of authors and each has it's own setting unique to it.

Plot:

Stephen King ran a competition for short stories to celebrate the release of one of his books. He liked the final six stories so much he requested the publisher publish all six of them for others to enjoy.

Writing:

Each writer has their own strengths and weakness in this collection but overall all are well written.

Characters:

None of these short stories feature any badly developed characters.

Pros:

Quick Read
None of the stories are too scary

Cons:

Only one story gave me a chill
Many stories you want to read more on

Recommendation:

I really enjoyed this very quick read. I finished all of them in only two sittings and really wished I hadn't as many of them I wanted to read more on. I recommend this highly.
