What an odd little book! I read it in one sitting, perhaps a little too quickly? I like the way he "interviews" normal people who have had long, happy and productive lives as well as the obligatory famous person. To be honest, I enjoyed the introduction the most. If you hear me start to say "if this isn't nice, what is?", you have Uncle Alex to thank for it!
