it’s incredible that this book was written over 120 years ago. she was certainly ahead of her time!! kinda reads like a sylvia plath poem/ short story, but was written almost 70 years prior. i really enjoyed reading it and think it could be interesting to analyze in comparison to other works as well as her life.
