Throughout the series all the introductions have been talking about how extraordinary The Sandman is and that it’s unparalleled in the comic world, but I only understood how true that is until now. I loved all the other volumes, don’t get me wrong, but The Kindly Ones is just… truly incredible. I don’t even have words.
