i am baffled at how short this book is and yet it managed to terrify and blow my mind even with the shortness and simplicity of the story. i picked this up solely because a good friend of mine recommended this to me knowing how much i love unhinged, gory, unspeakable stories and indeed i loved every second of it. the good and the weird. the ending is definitely something that caught me off guard.

just... don’t read this while you’re eating. i beg of you.
