Ashe and the Glass Sword by KuroKoneko Kamen

5.0

Of all the fairytale retellings I think this is definitely my top. I kinda liked how all the "known princess" are men in this book. I seen before I read that this was a mature book and was so on board for it getting half way through I was wondering where all the "action" was but boy did it come for force.

I enjoyed Ashe's character and the journey we take with him and his not friends Juleka, Snow, Rapunzel, Aurelion which sticks to the stories we know pretty well with just enough of a twist to make this book it's own.

I don't see that it's going to be a series but I hope it is. I need to know what The League of Villains is going to do with the out come of winning the princess hand!!
