Death Knocks Twice by Robert Thorogood
4.0
As a fan of the first 6 seasons of Death in Paradise (later seasons not so much) when I came across this book while looking for something else I decided to give it a try. Lucy Beaumont comes into the St Honore police station to complain she’s being stalked by a vagrant around the coffee plantation she calls home. DI Poole and Sgt Camille Bordey go to investigate, hear shots, and find a body. And we’re off. I am surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. It was well written and the plot twists gave the story momentum.
