The collection of novellas was the perfect way to finish The Lunar Chronicles series! I know that some of these stories are just recapping what is told in the main books, but as a fan of the series I will take anything I can and some of these stories I needed in my life!

The Keeper- 4/5
I loved being able to see the full relationship between Scarlet and her Grandmother in this novella. We only get a small bit of them together in Scarlet so seeing how much they loved each other was just perfect.
We also got a better disruption of that lemon cake! I swear I'm going to make that thing if it is the last thing I do.

Glitches-3/5
It is interesting to see Cinder as she meets her step family for the first time, learns how to use her cybernetics and try to find her place in the family. It was also heart breaking at how mean Adri was to her, just because she wasn't happy.

The Queens Army- 5/5
Wolf is my babe! I love him so much and to get a story where we get to see him work his way up the ranks of the pack and become an Alpha is something I didn't know I needed until I was reading it.
That being said him being taken away from his family broke my heart and just made me want to protect him so much more.

Carswell's Guide to Being Lucky- 3/5
As much as I love Thorne this story didnt really feel like it was needed, it gave us a look into Thorne's childhood and we got a background into who he really was at that age.

After Sunshine Passes By- 4/5
Cress is one of my favourite characters so any story I can get of her is a win for me, but this story pretty much broke my heart! I felt nothing but dread while reading because I knew what was coming and could do nothing to stop it.
Also can we all appreciate that lullaby, because it is one of my favourite things now!

The Princes and The Guard- 3/5
It was so nice to see more of Winter and Jacin, and as kids they were fricken adorable, but as we learned most of the information in the novella from the main books It felt like I was reading a recap.
That being said I still loved reading more about Winter and Jacin.

The Little Android- 2/5
This novella was a retelling of the Little Mermaid and as much as I enjoyed parts of it, I kind of just wanted it to be over. I have no idea why, I think it might have been because of my like for all the original characters and the fact I have no idea who anyone was, but I just couldn't get into it.

The Mechanic- 3/5
This story was basically the beginning of Cinder but from Kai's perspective. I liked it but like I said, it was just the beginning of Cinder.

Something Old, Something New- 5/5
I wish I could of given this story more that 5 stars!!!
This epilogue was everything to me, It made me so happy to see all the crew back together and to see them all so happy just made my heart burst.
This was made even better by the fact we got to see my Alpha babies, Wolf and Scarlet, get married!
I could seriously gush over this story for ages it was everything I needed to finish this series without it really upsetting me. Perfect ending!!

After reading the whole series, one after another, this was the perfect ending and even though I know there is a 2 volume graphic novel in this world (which I will get to soon!) this was a perfect way to finish this binge read!
