Warning this is not a beach read, despite what the title advertises. I was entertained by this story of a friend group traveling together as part of their pact to be together if one of them hits rock bottom after the suicide of their college friend. But for such a messy story it all wrapped up a little too neatly. I think the ending and the book lacked some nuance that it would’ve benefitted from. I also didn’t fall in love with the characters, so that didn’t help my journey. Entertaining and a nice message, but not all the way there
