DNF @ 50%, unrated.
I got this out from my library after it won the 2024 Booker Prize, but this sci-fi just isn't for me and unfortunately I couldn't push myself any further throughout the book. I didn't feel I was understanding anything even by the halfway mark. I can see why this is so successful, the writing style itself is beautiful but I think this book needed to be more impactful to me whereas I was missing the point of the story.
