I tried to read this book previously and couldn't get into it. I think it was too difficult to read about our intelligent, caring, classy former first lady while her successor was in office.

Knowing that we were due a new administration, I decided to try reading Michelle's book again and found it absolutely delightful. After hearing how she grew up, constantly wondering if she was good enough, put an entirely different light on what she experienced when Barack took office. The behind-the-scenes look at White House life through her eyes was informative and humbling. What an amazing woman.
