Wow, I kind of loved this! Moshfegh has been such a hit or miss author for me, but this one was almost as good as My year of rest and relaxation! I really liked the medieval setting and the absurdness of the story. The ending felt a little rushed though, so I almost wish it was longer! Would like to reread this.
