Promises to Keep is the heartwarming and heart wrenching story of three women and their sister/friend/daughter who is dying of a very rare cancer after having survived breast cancer 5 years prior.

I loved the way Jane Green brought these four powerful, wonderful, loving, yet flawed women together at a time when they all needed each other. Ms. Green has a wonderful way of making the reader fall in love with her characters. They are all relate-able in their own right and when the story ends you want to keep them in your life for every for now they are your sisters, friends, daughters.

I recommend this book to anyone woman looking for not only a good story but a connection to four inspiring women.
