At first I was like … ugh - another self help. It was hard to get going, but the more I pushed thru, the more I like it.
The way the lessons are brought out was simple, factual and to the point.
Nothing you haven’t heard or didn’t know before - but definitely well needed reminders to maneuver through life.
The artwork throughout also definitely pushed it to a 4 star.
The short, concise chapters/lessons were appreciated too.
