The Warning by A.J. Wills

3.0

The warning is a suspense book about a woman who lost her children in a fire and a year later is trying to cope with the trauma along with her husband by going to the town he spent summers in.

This book overall I would say has an interesting plot however I do with it was thought a little bit better. Its slow in the beginning and towards the middle their flashbacks of the husbands' summers that I felt were too long for a whole 5+ chapters of background for characters we never get conclusions for.

The way it set up to keep you guessing is good however having all the thrilling parts literally right at the end of the book didn't bode well for me. I wish that the set up for guessing who it did was done a little better and it just feels like to me it could have been throughout

If you love thrillers like I do I wouldn't recommend this book if you love to try to figure out, who did it before the end. If your new to the suspense thriller world I would recommend this book to you as it could be a good entry into that world of suspense.
