Read this during autumn which was a nice season to read this book in because of the whitchy and magical vibes. I didn't know anything aboht Circe before reading this book. I loved this character! She is a very strong, feminist type of character. 

I enjoyed the whimsical, atmospheric writing. I especially liked the first half or so of the story. I know is a retelling so that's not due to the writer.
