I'm very much in my omegaverse era these days. This was what I would consider mafia-lite, in that the entire book was not as dark as some mafia can tend to be. (Or maybe I'm just losing all sense of what's dark these days? 😅🫣) But it's not all rainbows and butterflies either. We definitely get our fill of morally grey Alphas, and throw in one fine Beta as well... along with heats, nests, knots, and all of the OV goodness you expect from Sarah. I can't wait to read the rest of the interconnected world - I'm very curious what the overlap characters will be, if any.
