this was fantastic!
i loved how the author combined her health struggles and typical chronic illness issues into her discovering and learning about another species.
i really enjoyed all the snail facts and information sprinkled into this book.
the author managed to perfectly describe a lot of troubles i myself have faced while struggled with my own chronic illness/pain and especially how other see me. and hope that might not help overall in any way, it’s actually nice to hear/read someone else feeling the same way.
i highly recommend this book for anyone interested and for people with someone in there family suffering from a chronic illness and/or pain to maybe understand their side of it better.
