I loved it as I have with every previous book in this series. Anne simply has a way about her that I can’t help but care for. I missed the characters from green gables, as she leaves them behind for most of this novel, having new adventures in Summerside as a teacher. The new characters are as lovable as the old though, and I quickly came to enjoy them just as much. I think what I love most is how Anne wins everybody over, even if they have some secret hatred towards her to start.
