I'm late to the game on this one, but I figured, what better than a summer thriller when it's late august, and I'm already craving Halloween?
I actually *REALLY* enjoyed this, despite mixed reviews I'd read beforehand. I liked most of the characters and thought the overall story was compelling.
My one and only complaint is, with the way things were set up, it feels like it might have almost been better to know who was murdered a bit sooner, so we could guess who did it and why, and then WHAM, have that reveal. But regardless, I think this set up worked too-trying to guess who was dead and who killed them and watching it all unfold was a fun ride. I give it 4.25 stars out of 5.
