Thereโs a handful of character series I wish more people would read, and the Runaway Ranch series is one of them.

๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐: Runaway Ranch character series.
Book 3.
๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐: E-book ARC on Kindle.
๐ on KU.
๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฟ๐ฒ: Cowboy romance
๐ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐: Rockstar, small town, opposites attract, caretaking, fish out of water, they save each other, all the feels.
๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ป๐ผ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐: Reese is burnt out on drugs, alcohol and fame and needs a place to crash. That place? Runaway Ranch, where she meets Ford - a broke down baseball player turned cowboy who wants nothing to do with babysitting a country star.
๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐: Ava Hunter is officially a one-click author for me.
I read and loved Babymoon or Bust, and then got wrapped up in this series. The first two books were solid 5s, and I just loved Ford and Reeseโs story.
Sometimes authors rush through portions of a story. Or they make healing seem like it happens overnight. Ava Hunter never does that. Her characters go throuuuuugh it, so when they get to the other side it feels tremendous.
Thereโs a tone of triggers in this one. But youโll love Reese, whoโs unapologetic about her bigger than life personality, but clearly needs help and guidance. Ford is a swoonfest, making all of the right moves.
Thereโs this otherness about this series. It stands out in a crowded market of cowboy romances, and Iโm happy I discovered it.
Thereโs two (I think) more in this series, and when I tell you Iโm obsessed with potential of those I mean it.
