I hate everyone in this book, and I wish more of them had died.
I think it would have been a MUCH better book if the mom had killed her son after he was released from prison or it had ended with a cliffhanger where you weren't certain if she was going to or not.
The twists in it were completely unsurprising so it was just spending time with awful people.
