A great book to talk about some of the failings of the NHS from a GP perspective on a daily basis. It also taught me a lot about private Vs NHS healthcare and particularly how heavy the weight is for the NHS to cover pre-care and post-care for surgeries abroad. Such really interesting things. I wish it delved a bit more into what an individual can do outside of vote, more "today" action but I know most of this book was focused on "Why the NHS is worth Saving" but to that note I wish it went through more success stories and quotes from patients and other healthcare professionals. I enjoyed this and it was a quick read.
