This is a useful book with lots of practical guidance for how to enjoy your meals and the experience of making food, serving food, sharing food, being grateful for food, and tasting food. And of course the underlying philosophy of mindfulness- checking in with oneself. I started implementing changes in my life before I even finished the book. Highly recommended and I bought the copy so happy to share with any local friends.
