I'm not a wheelchair user and am also not super familiar with Japanese culture, but there were a couple moments that kind of caught me off guard like Tougo picking Subaru up out of his wheelchair without asking. However I'm not the best to speak about disability representation or the nuances of disability representation in Japan so in terms of the romance itself it definitely was rushed and not fleshed out but like by the end it was kind of sweet so idk it kind of landed in the middle overall for me lol.
