Now this is what I'm talking about! Aveline has really come into her own as a writer with this book. Each has steadily gotten better, but I think this one really shines. The description is lush and filled out. The characters are fully developed and relatable. And she's stopped using the word "shaft" so much!

I'm very excited to keep reading the series now. I'm so glad Aveline is honing her craft, and really learning as an author.
