An absolutely beautiful story about two sisters in Nazi occupied France. I really loved following each sister's journey and seeing the different ways they fought back. I definitely cried at the end.

The only thing keeping it from five stars for me were some places throughout the book where the writing felt underdeveloped or certain scenes felt too simple and rushed compared to others. There was also one thing I really wanted to see addressed before the end of the book that wasn't and I just really wish it had been added.
