A wonderfully informative biography of an undisputable great man of American history. I appreciated the style of writing in novel format, slightly different from the normal fact-by-fact nonfiction writing style. For anyone wanting to learn more about the man who saved the Union, this is by far one of the best Ulysses Grant books out there!
