Inside Man by K.J. Parker

4.25

Okay this is more like it. This sequel is more what I wanted from Prosper's Demon. We've still got that delightfully witty nameless narration, but this time it's from the point of view of a demon. He's got an interesting history with an exorcist, along with the organisation he works for. Inside Man expands on how the whole demon thing works, so I understood what was happening so much better. I'd definitely read another novella in this series, even if it doesn't follow the same protagonist. 4.25 stars.
