I devoured this book. Yall, Jade was one of the coolest and most unhinged characters. She had a lot of things she was going through and she coped with those through watching and studying horror movies, specifically slasher horror. Some of her morals were questionable, but she was unapologetically herself. Her love for horror movies was overwhelming at times but also enduring. I really enjoyed this story. I'm glad I was able to listen to the audiobook while reading it as well because the narrator made Jade's character come alive. I know I probably shouldn't have laughed a lot, but I did. It was a good time!
