She's a little too long, and tries to pack what could arguably be considered too much into a single tale, but at the end of the day, she is a grand ol' time of a story.

It's full of heart, characters learning to come into their own, overcoming grief, building meaningful and supportive relationships and is chock-full of ideas from an author with a wild imagination and the kind of customer service experience that just bleeds through every interaction that Lily has at the Hellp Desk.

It hooked me from the very beginning and didn't let go until the very end, has a great balance between absurdity and empathy, and left me with a smile on my face, which is all I can really ask for considering this was an impulsive pick-up for me.

I will definitely be continuing on with the series.
