Some of these articles were excellent. The book was a compilation of articles and interviews written by Roxane Gay and previously published in other media over a 10 year period between 2013 and 2023. The political pieces were spot on and sadly relevant again today. What Roxane had to say about activism was inciteful and helpful, and regardless of what you think of her opinions, they will provoke thought. 

I was bored by some of the interviews with celebrities or opinions about things I wasn't interested in. I'm not much into pop culture and didn't even know who some people were. Overall, I though it was a worthwhile. read.
