I thought this was a cute grumpy-sunshine rom com. There was a ridiculous plot line that gets the main characters into a fake dating relationship. Adam, because he has been pining over her for years, although she believes it is for work reasons. And Olive, to convince her best friend that she can really date Olive’s ex. Normal trope ensues as Olive and Adam fall in love but don’t want to admit that. There is a villain that the MCs must take down together. It’s cute and sweet and a fun read if a bit predictable.
