Out of all the books so far, this was my least favorite. Mia annoyed me so much in this one that I wished I could smack some sense into her. The whole breakup with Michael didn’t need to happen but Mia is incapable of listening to reason. When she finally does realize that hey if multiple people are saying the same thing, and that maybe she’s wrong, she’s too late. The fact that JP likes her is super obvious and he’s just a dick imo because I bet he definitely saw Michael there in the hallway when Mia kissed him. Mia is being taken advantage of and she doesn’t even realize it. I wish Mia communicated her thoughts and feelings out loud as well as she does in her journal. If she communicated better this wouldn’t have happened. My rating would have been lower but Mia redeemed herself somewhat towards the end.
