This volume has one of my favorite scenes of the entire series in it -- after Fumi makes her big decision, Kyutaro is in the kitchen secretly basking in what she has chosen. The look on his face just makes me feel certain things, ok? Once again, the storytelling of this series proves to be superb, from the set-up of Fumi's downfall by the bug guy, to the reveal of why she has chosen to deal with the unrelenting torment in this way, and finally the scene on the rooftop with the big reveal for her character. It's all the little pieces adding up in such a rewarding way for the reader, not to mention all the little character interactions and developments interspersed among these big moments. I adore it.
