This book picks up right after the events of book 3, as Finlay and Vero prep to go to Atlantic City to find Javi and their stolen car. All of the books so far have been a little to crazy and over the top to believe but this one takes the cake. The mishaps they got into (and out of) we so silly and super over the top, this is the first time in the series I found it to be a little annoying. Overall the plot is still fun but we're veering further and further into the impossible to take region. The romances in the book are still super fun and I really enjoyed that aspect of the plot. Steven is still one of my least favourite characters of all time but I was expecting a little more digging into his criminal behaviour. Again the book ends in a way that everything is neatly wrapped up and them BAM, a new mishap that will take us into the next book. I still had a fun time reading but I almost feel like we're heading to the end of the series, I really cannot imagine what else Finlay can accidently get involved with...

Thanks to St. Martins Press, Elle Cosimano and NetGalley for this e-ARC that I chose to read and review.
