I was a little lost the first half of this book. I thought it was a first of a series, but after reading reviews I realized it was a spin off from another series that I haven't read yet. I did end up enjoying it in the end, but I spent the first half of the book trying to 'catch up'. I'm really love the vibes and the author's writing so I'm excited to read more in the series now that I have a better understanding of this world.
