The choice to write this like a series of "anonymous" blog posts made this significantly more suspenseful/interesting, but it was still wildly improbable and the characters made very little sense - especially the doctors. It makes out psychiatry to be a bit of a "quack" profession and perpetuates false notions that psychiatry is just "medicate to senselessness"
