Perfect for anyone looking for a heartfelt romance! I immediately adored Bennett Reynard, a shifter striving to create a union in his hometown of New York City. When Bennett travels down south and meets Theo Bisclavret, a fellow shifter with a penchant for stress-baking, sparks immediately fly. Jorgensen is a great storyteller and does a fantastic job weaving politics into this creative tale. Full of yearning and a bit of angst, this book had me turning page after page well into the night.
