Wow. Wow. Wow. Stephanie Archer writing hockey romance is a gift to this world. I am so glad this book is part of a new series because I desperately need more. There were so many wonderful things about this book including, grumpy x sunshine, forced proximity, he's technically my boss vibe and guess what they all worked so well. Pippa and Jamie are GOALS (he's also a goalie so it makes sense). I loved how they took time to get to know each other before developing into a relationship. Jamie was a dream— he was so incredibly supportive of Pippa and her budding music career and I was swooning in seconds. I also really liked how this highlighted going after your own dreams and not doing what people expect of you. It was such a heartfelt story and I felt myself getting emotional more than once. The spice as always was absolutely fantastic and the spicy teach me energy is always GREAT. I liked how both families were well developed on page and I think it added a certain layer to the book. Overall, this was so utterly amazing, I could go on forever. Stephanie was made to write romance novels and it shows. Thank you to her for sending me an e-ARC to read and review.
