Book 2 in the ACOTAR series is even better than the first. As Feyre, Tamlin, Rhys and the others try to put themselves back together after escaping from Under the Mountain, Feyre must decide who she is. Can she go back to the girl she once was? Or must she forge ahead as someone new? Does that change bring her into the light or teach her to embrace the darkness?

SPOLER!!!!
Rhys has always been such a charismatic character, it was hard not to hope for him even when he was the bad guy. Tamlin here is at once boring and an egomaniacal narcissist. Watching Tamlin show what he was as truly like a a high lord was maddening. His belief that he is above others just gross. I cheered when Feyre finally left. And what an exit. Watching her and Rhys begin to mend each other from their respective traumas was a delight. I love their love story. On to book 3!
