Good complement to this book: https://www.theguardian.com/music/2022/jun/11/pete-doherty-interview-swap-crack-camembert-france
This book contains some waffle, a lot of wonderous lore, and some inaccuracies (according to Doherty himself; see said link). Given Doherty's wont to lie to the press and his chemical dependencies it's hard to trust the lines in this book.
Whatever, the stories are a tapestry of madness and passion and more than worthy to read.
There's a lot of interesting trivia for people who love Libertines and Babyshambles.
