I somewhat liked the action sequences in this book and I'm giving a star because I didn't think Alex or Delia would ever show up again.

But otherwise this book makes no sense and the pacing is atrocious. I can't believe how much random crap happens AND how boring it was.

Again, to be clear, I loved this series when I was a teen and I think I'm simply too old for it now.
